Trying to solve a problem with speech.mul - Help Please =D - RunUO

Hi Friends

Well, i´m trying to translate the file speech.mul to portuguese ´cause i live in brazil .... someone here can please help me how to do it? If i need to use a program or only translate and it solves the problem.. I Hope this be not so hard

One more thing..... i can´t save my modification in ModifyUO . Someone nows how to do it?
