I've a big problem - RunUO

I've installed runuo on my computer with a stable Ip , but when my friends try to connect , after the pg creation , uo is blocked. Why This?
They can't enter in to the game

Computer has a normal DSL Modem with a static and public ip , I set "serverlist.cs" but nothing changes, after pg creation , my friends don't enter in game

I use uogateway 1.6 or uorice, someone thinks is firewall problem, but 2593 port haven't firewall , does Run uo use other port?
