why does it say .net initialization error - RunUO

Ok im having a problem ... of course lol . anyway i dled .net and runuo but it wont start up it keeps saying - Please set regristry key HKLM/Software/Micorsoft/.NETFramework/InstallRoot to point to the .NET Framework install location. ... WTF does that mean? Ive tried to look everwhere for the problem but i cant find it PLEASE HELP!

try to reinstall .net framework. thats an error from a faulty installation

Go to www.microsoft.com and look up how to solve that problem.

If you can't find it reinstall the 1.1 .NET Framework Redistrubute.
