Needsomehelp server error MSCOREE.dll - RunUO

hi there kinda new to this and want to learn how to make my own shard i love playing uo.
I have downloaded runuo32beta and when i db click the runuo.exe gives me this error MSCOREE.dll
Ive looked at a few websites and i cant find this dll on them
if anyone could help me out that would be gr8

I also downloaded uogateway as i was reading some of the fourms i tho i may need this as well

Please read the FAQ's and sticky posts on these forums they contain all the information you need to get up and running, including the need to install the .Net framework.
