I dled 1.1 now it says C:/Windows/Microsoft.net/framework/v1.0.3705/mscorwks.dll could not be loaded .... any ideas this time ?

all your .net framework belong to us. to get a .net framework (cause that's what your problem is) go to downloads, and then to other files.

Downloading it doesn't count you have to install it. :shock:

uninstall 1.0 then install 1.0

also you can find the donwload at microsofts site.
