Default Building a dungeon in unused map space.

I am attempting to create a dungeon in the emptiness of the mapfile, yet when you enter this area you get error messages that you can't see anything when you attempt to pickup/attack it. I have searched the forums for an answer to this problem but can't seem to find anything.
Might this be a region problem?
I'm kind of new to runuo, yet the concept appears to be similiar to SphereServer.
I'd appreciate if someone could help me out with a script if it's needed since I know absolutely nothing about C#, I just recently began learing C++ and am too lazy to start work on a new language.

Yes I believe that hardcoded in some file or another saying that region is marked unusable. I'm guessing it would be in the map.mul file? I am not sure how to edit it either. I remember some people were having problems with an older version of the map file marking Britain Sewers unusable, I'll try and see if they ever fixed the problem.

What are the coords of the space you're trying to use?

We've used several unused dungeons without problem.

It's not an unused dungeon and It's not in the UO muls, unless sphere lacked to add such support :-/. I am using 5562, 1489 and the surrounding area for a new player dungeon. It a the BLACK area surrounding most dungeons, unused filler. My player can walk upon the floor tiles just fine, but it seems like there's something keeping my character from accessing anything around him. When a player talks it is blocked like there was a wall between us and I can't attack or loot corpses even if I stand right on them.

ergh, I am on the same floor, I can be standing right on it but it gives me "You cannot see this" When I try to loot it. You can't hear other players talk and you can't fight. Does anyone know the problem? True to the second post I did find out same thing happened in the sewers. I am looking this up now.

I just went to those coords, laid down a static 1189(woodenboards) and added some monsters, killed them, and looted them just fine... Tried it on B29 and B31 both, actually, though nothing newer yet.. I'm also still running the 4.0.0l version of UO.. Hope that helps

I'm sorry if it sounds like I am flaming you, but If you are going to steal an OSI devteam member's name, please pick one that didn't belong to the biggest carebear developer ever.

Are you using beta 33, or a previous version? This issue should have been addressed in 33.

Well, I was going by Lord Dragon, but then when I got 10000 fame it became Lord Lord Dragon and Designer just felt appropriate.

I'm using beta 32, I must try 33 as soon as possible if it's fixed.
