When I login to my server, it logs me to my shard select screen just fine... when I select the server, it freezes UO.
I checked the console window for the server and it hasnt shown me the line 'valid credentials for account #### accepted, [1 online]' I just got done tossing files around. I think I might have missed one, what file is this line generally in so I can restore it from my RunUO zip file? Thanks. |

I would try connecting to a fresh install of runuo first so you know if it's runUO's problem before trying to manually restore files.
But if you want to restore them, maybe start in Scripts / Accounting, then Misc/ServerList.cs, more laying around probably. |

Okay, that problems seems to be half fixed. It now displays account connections in the console window, but it still freezes the client when you select the server from the server list. The server console instantly displays 'disconnected' and the client freezes.
I just had another copy of RunUO on here, worked fine, deleted it, and put a bunch of scripts in that a friend did for me. So I am guessing the error is in there somewhere, just can't find it. Any more ideas...? Thanks. |

Oi
I have the exact same problem after upgrading to R34. Its a complete fresh install and my R33 worked fine. Very strange. My situation is: Server: 192.168.0.10 Client: 192.168.0.2 My public IP is: 80.199.0.x which is added to the serverlist.cs Then when I try to connect from my client PC I get to the login screen and can choose shard but then the client notifies me that the servers are down and the serverlog gives me the: Client: 192.168.0.2: Connected. [1 Online] Login: 192.168.0.2: Valid credentials for 'xxxxxx' Client: 192.168.0.2: Disconnected. [0 Online] If I change the serverlist.cs to my internal IP I can log on with no problem. I have ofcourse the right port mapping etc. (everything worked before R34 as I said in the top and its a completely fresh install) (People are able to connect to the shard through the Internet) |
