DNS??? - RunUO

ok i need a lil help .....i went to no ip .com and all that ...i made a DNS name ....i put the DNS name in serverlist here ? public const string Address = then after i do that i put the name in UOGateWay ...setings right?????......if so ....i did all this and i cant login to my shard .....but when i do all this with the IP #.....it works ok ....my IP starts with ....65........sooo that means im not behind a router right ??.....soo what do i do to get this to work ???
