Runuo.exe Application Error? - RunUO

When I run Runuo.exe I get this: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)", I updated windows and extracted the files to c:\runuo, whats wrong?

Try reinstalling the 1.1 .NET Framework

You might have other issues with your system.
