Ok i have a firewall that isnt letting anyone get onto my shard i was wondering how to disable my firewall or even if that is the problem at all...Please help guys

Why don't you just read the directions on to allow traffic on port 2593 ie allow runuo access to the internet.

If its a program just unintstall it, if its hardware you will have to read the directions.

Uninstalling your firewall wouldnt be a very wise decision.
