1. How can i get it so when players type [online it shows everyone who is online and where they are...

2. How can i disable the telport spell...

3. Where can i find a good gm tool where i can edit monsters/monster loot...

can anyone help me with these questions??

Write a command that does this.

Don't delete the Teleport file but disable the ability for it to work.

3. Where can i find a good gm tool where i can edit monsters/monster loot...

Download Pandara's Box

You can edit the loot by editing the monster's class.

can anyone help me with these questions??

im not good at scripting, can u tell how i would go about making the [online command?

Do a search for "Online Command" there have been a few of these already submitted to the script submissions.
