What is the difference between Seer and Admin? I can't seem to find this anywhere.

A seer doesn't have as much power as an admin over the shard.

Seer does not have Admin commands ...
a good question would be What is the difference between Seer and GM? well, I think there is no difference besides the different accesslevel (so GMs won't see Seers when hidden and such ...)
