Yes. You need a webserver. Once you have a webserver, point it to the HTML file that is created by RunUO.

um.. how do i get it to upload the file?
or do i only have to do it once then it will continue to refresh its self.. also how do i send apachee to that folder?

Sorry, I meant FTP client, not server. There used to be a script in script submissions that would take care of it for you, you could set it up to upload it at timed intervals. I don't know if the script is still there or not though. I just know you don't want to use IIS.

Heres a link to a easy to use server that you just point it to the directory and file you want it to serve up. no bells or whistles tho
