Will someone help me - RunUO

my shard wont let anyone but me log on. what should i do?

More details about your environment and how you have your server setup would be appropriate here to really help...
-Are you behind a router? If so do you have port forwarding for 2593 (or whatever port you're using) to go to your RunUO server?
-Have you editted the ServerList.cs file with appropriate IP information or DNS info in /scripts/misc/serverlist.cs
-Do you have a desktop firewall with appropriate rules setup to allow such port traffic? XP ICF enabled? or ZoneAlarm?, BlackICE, etc...
-Are you providing the clients with the appropriate WAN IP information for their Login.cfg files?
-Are they fulled patched and running UORice or via UOG for an unecrypted session to your server?
