What are you looking to do?

AOS removed the skillgain loss (IIRC), but you can eat, and will hunger... It just won't affect anything.

Yes hunger system works.
What do you mean how?
If you eat the hunger goes away... If you want to disable it or stretch the timers out then you need to edit....scripts/misc/fooddecay.cs.
But we need more details as to what your talking about....

If in aos shards , the hungry system doens´t afect anything, why exists ?

Because OSI never took it out. Who knows, they may add in a new version later that does effect something.

I could also be wrong about it not affecting skillgain, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't.

As far as I can tell on an OSI AOS shard hunger still effects you like it used to.... It just takes ALOT longer for you to actually get hungry (spend 8 hours a day macroing tailoring and only gaining around .4 and you figure out really weird stuff....)
