Monsters/Creatures freeze sometimes?

Ok just recently ive been having a strange problem where sometimes the monsters and creatures just freeze, they do their idle animations like shaking head, stretching ect. but stay on the same spot and dont do anything, this sometimes frees up after a few mins and whilst this happens u cant use amnual gates, only public moongate and u cant use items, but u can wander round lag free and so can other players and talk with no problem, i do have a large number of items and one champion spawn running, anyone else ever thad this problem? it doesnt slow/down lag they just stop for somereason..... :?
