Well all the new chars i create, and everyone on the shard creates can not gain skill, and whenever u try to train from a vendor they say to pay them -1300 gold, and if u pay them any money u dont gain any skill, iv tried raising their skills and still no gain. can someonone help pls

ok I remember this happened to me and what I finally figured out was that in charactercreation.cs I had the skill cap set wrong. If this is your problem as well ,which I think it is, What you need to do is add a 0 to the skill cap. For example if your current skill cap is set to say 1200 then that is read as 120 cap in all skills combined. If you want your skillcap to be 1200 you need to put it as 12000 if you want it to be default 700 it needs to read 7000. Hope this helps. Yes that will also fix the vendors saying -1300 gold to teach etc etc.
