now im buying a new system p4 2.0 ghz 512 gb ram before i buy this is there anything special that i hsould get with it in order for better server performance?

I seriously doubt your ordering 512 GB of Ram :-)

That would cost about a 500,000 if you could find a motherbroad that supported that much RAM or even if they had sticks that could add up to that much :-)

I saw a hard drive that big at Best Buy the other day. Damn! for less than $500 you could buy two, stripe 'em, and have a TeraByte hard drive. Gotta be "more space than you will ever need."
