Default B36 and 4.0.1.b client causing stuck characters?

Hello, I am not a server admin, but a player. Recently our server has been upgraded from a POL server to an RunUO server with Beta36 scripts. I and other players have noticed that from time to time we get stuck. It could be in the middle of a field and happens completely at random. At first it seems like it is just lag. The client lets you take a few steps then your character freezes, Just like walking during a world save. From there your character never unfreezes. If you let it sit you never get "lost connection" or anything like that. I have let my character sit for over an hour as I did other things. My question is simply has anyone else reported this with beta36? We initially had beta35 and this did not, to my knowledge, happen to anyone with that version. I do realize that any custom scripts might cause conflicts. Our Admin uses precious few custom scripts, So the chances are slim that it was one of his custom scripts. Other than disabling trammel, I cant think of anything he has modified. I have tried Client 4.0.1a and 4.0.1b, both had the same result.
Thank you

To much spawn in an area or to many items can do this.

Items that are not static to the mul files.

Like decorations and or buildings made by staff.

Server machine needs more ram. Check also to see in BaseCreature.cs that PlayerRangeSensitive is set to true;

I have the same exact problem. It has absolutely nothing to do with the spawn in the area or the RAM. I have tried this after wiping all mobiles and I have even installed the game on a Dell PowerEdge w/ 2GB of RAM. It seems that NOBODY has an answer to this. I hope beta 37 will provide a fix for it.

If nobody can work out what your problem is, nobody will be able to solve it.

Hi, i also get this problem and when my character gets stuck, i can see monsters and npcs moving around but i am unable to move. It doesnt happen all the time, but when it does it happens regularly and is very annoying. Other players dont report having this problem, so it cant be the server? can it? Must be a client issue...

My Specs

Server PC
Runuo B36
Amd Athlon 1800xp
768mb Ram
128mb HDD
2mb Upload/2mb Download Internet Connection

Client Pc
Amd Athlon 2600xp
512mb Ram
Radeon 9200 SE 128mb

This behaviour exists on Local Network Connection or via internet.

I've experienced this as well, and with a stock B36 install. I just can't seem to find any way to recreate it.
