Character crashing please help. - RunUO

Well the thing is, on my shard there is a certain character that who every times he logs on crashes. He seems to crash when he gets newar one of my Gms and cant get back on unless I do it for him. Can anyone tell me how to solve this?

Tell your GM's not to use strange hues on their items.
