World Freeze! Spawners not working...players cant logout. - RunUO

recently my shard froze somehow , players couldnt log out , npcs werent moving at all , even player's stamina couldnt regen! this was fixed after a restart but spawners werent working , all the xmlspawners on my shard show something like earth elemental max 7 but none exist and they dont respawn even if i set their timer to 0. i wiped all spawns and respawned the world and now the same thing happened again..
Anyone can please help?

you wouldnt happen to be using my xmlspawner2 would you? If you installed one of the earlier versions, the proximity sensor was accidentally left enabled by default. This would lead to spawners that would appear not to spawn. I added a command to fix that which was [xmlproximityoffall
If that is the case, just run the command once and everything will be back to normal (with my apologies).
Of course, it wouldnt explain your other problems.

nope its not that , i use an old version. the wierd thing is that there are 2 spawners in the world that still work! but just these 2....while others dont respawn mobiles... anyone can help?

What happens if you delete the spawner and then re-add it?
