Have you tried the forum for Razor and Third Party Program Support?
The authors of the mentioned tools are usually very good about supporting them. Have you posted any errors that you are getting from those programs?

I am not sure about Razor, but I think Pandora's Box needs .net framework

ahh that didn't occur to me. Yes, both require the .NET framework 1.1
