when i make my server public is says error o% uptime which i know how to fix that but it also says missing webpage and i put down my website whcih is www.freewebs.com/rainoffire

My guess the reason its being reported as being as down is because the bot can't login because of your router.

Actually, I had this same problem. You need to put http://. Then it will read it right.
