i cant open runuo server on my computer..pls help - RunUO

when i d.click any object in RunUo beta 36 file,its says WARNING ! like cant open.. (0xc0000135) :evil:

now i am downloading Framework 1.1 .. i need another program for open? now i have 2 file one is RUNUO BETA 36 , FRAMEWORK İS DOWNLOADING ..

Install the framework. When it's finished run RunUO

thanks alls are okey...my server is running now.. but how my friends can login my server... account?? auto or wanted mail.. how can i set them?where
