Server problems - RunUO

Hey, i downloaded runuo, the latest release, and .net framework, i got uogateway if needed, but when i try to start server.exe or ruoservice.exe it fails, it gives something, with ehm, cant intialize (0xc0000135)

Can someone help me? i want to test with making shards and so...

Your not suppose to run the service file.

Make sure you actually have the 1.1 .NET Framework and not the SDK which isn't possible but check anyhow.
