Which is higher ranking gm or seer?
Some people say seer some peopel say gm.

I was under the impression that they had access to the same commands.

They don't and some people are wrong...

Seer's enum value is 5, GameMaster's enum value is 4, Administrator's value is 6.

Yes, Seer is higher.

As for having access to the same commands, this is partially true. By default, seers do not have access to any commands or properties that a gm does not. If you add commands or properties for seers and above, gms will not have access.

Seers can also see hidden GM's while GM's cannot see a hidden Seer.

That's because on the OSI shards Seers were under a GM as they were volunteers. They could add and remove items and mess with NPCs but not player chars.

what do the three "OSI *" spawns do? Like, OSI Light, OS Heavy, etc...

Oh well lets continue with the insanity

If your refering to the bobsmarts world they are different levels of spawn. Light = less spawns
Heavy = lots of spawns
