missing file? - RunUO

I tried running RunUO after a reinstall and got an error pertaining to Engines\MyRunUO\DatabaseCommandQueue.sc
Line 5 (using System.Data.Odbc

The error says that Odbc does not exist in the class or namespace 'System.data'

What did I break now?

Install the 1.1 .NET Framework and that error won't happen.

ahhh... after I formatted *again* this month for the second time I thought I'd try NET 1.0 to see if I still get the same problems... schnatz
