I need help! - RunUO

I just downloaded the .net framework and everything, but RunUO still wont work. I have tried everything and I still get this

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)

What does that mean?

RunUO couldn't start because you didn't install the right thing or version. Without more information I won't even bother trying to guess.

You need to install the 1.1 .NET Framwork.

Uninstall what ever you just installed as it was not what you were suppose to download.

Please don't argue this point. I have seen about 1000 people ask this question everyone of them followed my advice and it fixed their problem.

Uninstall what you currently have, reboot then re-install this.
