Make a folder inside your Ultima Online 2D folder titled "Edited Statics", inside that folder copy the following files into it; statics0.mul, statics2.mul, statics3.mul, staidx0.mul, staidx2.mul, and staidx3.mul (all of these original files are found in your Ultima Online 2D main folder). Now set your DataPath.cs to lead to this "Edited Statics" folder. Okay, your all set to "freeze" now...when you do the objects you freeze will be removed from your world files (making them invisible) and saved into these "Edited Statics" files.

In order for anyone else to see/use them now you'll need to make these files into a patch that you can upload to UOGateway so everyone can get them. Now copy them all the "Edited Statics" files back into your main Ultima Online 2D folder (keep backups of the originals also) and restart your server, that's it.
