Default Server lock up

Hi all

I have done a search for this subject and havent found anything.
running beta 12 3.0.8q.
When I try to delete a character from the choose character screen,
it locks the server up.

any assistance is appericiated.

GetUrDone....I'm sorry I can't reproduce this error with same client and server versions. Maybe just a random thing?

I have tried a fresh install,and get the same lock up issues.

Are you sure the client jsut doesn't lock up. Or is it the server.

I bet your not using a client with the encryption removed.

Yes I am using client encryption (uo-rice). I have tried to delete on one machine on a LAN then the lock up happens, and a friend from outside the network tried to logon and could not. I have also tried to delete then closed client and tried to connect again and cannot without server restart.
