weird error in server - RunUO

when i try adding 2 scripts i scripted i get this error (similar for both)

system.reflection.targetinvocationexception: exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> system.nullreferenceexception: object reference not set to an instance of an object. at server.items.dominator..ctor()

the objects are dominator ( axe ) and dominatorweilder ( npc )

what can i do, and btw, when i try adding them it says:

Usage: Dominator
Usage: DominatorWeilder

how can i fix this? please help i spent alot of time on them
