1.0 quest question - RunUO

how do you generate the quests that come with 1.0? i wiped all npc's from my shard so i can put them where i wanted and such, but by wiping all npc's, i wiped the quests too, how do i put the quests back, is there a command for this?

You have to use the command that generates the decoration.

You can also add the quest items and npcs by hand I suppose. What you gota add will be different for each quest. Just play with it till you figure it out.
