Why do you think you are being hacked?

If its because of this Help with No Ammo Script
That doesn't even appear to be a valid ip.

Here are some things you can do to help yourself.

Get a firewall www.zonealarm.com and block all extra ports you are not using.
Test your ports with shieldsup www.grc.com
Scan for spyware with adaware or spybot search and destroy or both.
Use anti virus software.

The best way to find out is to watch your logs as you try to hack your own server. That way you'll know what you might be able to expect when someone else tries it.
