Well enable razor and tell your players to use razor and check the option. I beleive it is core but as stated before all things in core can be walked around

Actually, I think the old status bar, or anything to do with the status bar, is client-end.

If razor can change it i can also (or try)...but i have no clue where to start lol

It took zippy alot of work to haxor the gump and the information for the old style status gump. Changes are, if you are asking for help here... you can't do it. And trying would be impossible as nobody can tell you where to start. This is all in the client.exe file.
