Default Unfreeze Command

Yesterday I used the unfreeze command, but not before I took my *most recent backup* and the *staidx* and *statics* and made copies of each. My Question is. When I went to Trammel and used unfreeze, why did it also unfreeze Felucca and well.. I kinda wiped all away! Both facets. I used the first staidx and statics. When I went to copy over the files.. back to my original files. I got it all back, looking the original way.. but my problem now is that the npcs are walking through the walls AS IF the buildings were not there. I can't even go down the steps in Felucca (the middle of felucca), and at the Inn.. i fall through from the upstairs and cannot cross any bridges. WHAT NOW? Do I reinstall something.. and if so.. which and will I lose anything by doing do???

Both trammel and felucca are on the same map file and please dont bump your post.
And i suggest reinstalling uo and not using those patches.
