You are running the server program correct? How are you trying to connect? Are you using UOGateway? If so, are you trying to connect through a local connection or through UOGateWay's Public server list (and if so, are you listed). Do you have to correct IP/Host name listed?

Have you reset your server or anything? It is still running right? Not locked up? Try restarting the server, then wait for the list refresh on UOGateway. If it is showing that your server is not connected, there has to be a connection problem somewhere. What type of connection do you use?
