Default A Little Help Needed Please

Firstly, I have followed all the directions and used the message boards to try and help myself correct my issue... I have had NO success.

No one, including myself, can connect to my server.
I use a DLink Dl-614+ router and have set up the Virtual Server (port forwarding).
I have changed the ServerList.cs to the one in Mr.Fixit's stickied topic.

I have UOGateway set up (currently to my public IP but have had it to my private IP as well).

I have even been walked, step by step, through install with a friend who has a shard up and running.

Now to complicate matters... I attempted to connect to the same friend's shard and was unable to, yet my husband was able to connect (2 different computers). I am thinking that this is a tell-tale sign of what is going on with my shard.

Any ideas here guys? I'm really at a loss at what might be causing this problem.

Thank you for any help you can offer!

I've done that - completely shut it down.
This really isn't making any sense especially since it seems to be an issue on my system...apparently I've done a fine job of securing it LOL

I would suggest using the serverlist.cs that Mr.Fixit wrote.
