I cant get my server to work because of the stated problem

What version of windows? I got that error on a windows 98 machine, but it didn't effect anything. On my windows xp machine I didn't receive that error. I'm thinking it has something to do with windows 98, but like I said I just continued past the error, and never had any problems.

Suggest you try to update your system, its a system problem caused by using a OS that isn't designed to be used as a server.

Ok, I got it up and running, now I cant figure out how to make my server save faster/less often. I read a topic in frequently asked questions about having saving take less time but it still takes around 3 minutes per save, then you figure it saves every few minutes which makes it save longer than you play, any suggestions?

Sounds like you need more RAM

Nothing you really can do unless you get more ram/ more cpu power.

On top of better equipment I'd highly recommend upgrading your os to win2k3 for server stability. Windows ME is not set up to handle a server although it will. If you're just looking for this for personal use to write scripts it will suffice, but if you're trying to run a public shard, I wouldn't do it on that system.
