Logging on issue... - RunUO

Greetings all. I have a small a friend with a small problem. On uogateway they put in their local server (grey icon) and can log into their server from there. The thing is when they goto use the blue icon from the server list on uog it wont let her log in. I thought maybe router but why would itlet her log in on the grey but not the blue icon. If any one can help I'd greatly appreciate it/

My guess is there using there local IP to log into there server...
