Is it possible to run a test server offline? i am using dialup and i don't see any use in being connected when im just doing general setup like adding spawns etc., etc.. Can anyone help me?

Looking for a little Newbie Help.
I thought I seen somewhere it allowed you to make changes/spawn the map offline.
Dont hold me to that but I think it was that one.

Sure it's possible, but you do have to understand whats in your save files and whats in the script file.

You don't want to revert your player to a older save.

I use Megaspawner for spawn, this way I can work in my local test shard and do change to my spawn, when I am satisfyed whit the modification ?I then with the use of Megaspawner export the change to a file that I upload on the production shard.

To setup your local shard just copy the content of the RunUO forlder from your remote shard to c:\RunUO test << name it like you want it realy do not mather.
Modify your serverlist for local operation and use 127.0.0.1 in UOGateway.

Post any other question you might have.

ok,, yes,, i have one more question and its going to sound horribly stupid, but here it goes. How do i add multiple accounts. i have an administrator account, but as the administrator i can't seem to fight creatures. i want to add just a regular account.

In game type [admin

then look for account.

Did you made change to auto account?

Also for the commande look in your ...RunUO\DOC folder.
