Server IP Trouble - RunUO

Originally I was using my other computer to run a server. It worked fine np. Then i transfered it over to my laptop, which is on the same router as my other comp. When I try to start the server on my laptop, it uses a local IP. I went into serverlist.cs and changed the first 'null' value to my IP. Still no good. If anyone would help me out here, i'd greatly appriciate it. I am in DMZ mode so i know its not my router thx!!
