2 problems i keep getting

hey whenever i start to run the server file in my runuo folder all the scripts have errors i was wandering if thats just the scripts i got which i downloaded from here or if it was a problem with the server
and when there arent any scripts at all its just basics i always blackhole :/ it says i log in on the server program and says 1 user connected but nothing appears on my uo screen

Can you post the errors so that someone can help you?

Also it is probably a problem w/ the scripts and not the server, custom scripts is usually what causes most headaches.

Can you be more specific? Do you get logged in? Or does it just display "Connecting..."? Need more info...

Is this a clean install of RunUO 1.0.0? Try redownloading and running runUO. If your merging old files make sure to use a program like winmerge. As for the black hole deal, are you behind a router? if so make sure all your ports are forwarded, and go download mr.fixit's serverlist.cs and replace yours with it.

The problem could also be you're not using the most recent client, so patch up to 4.0.7b then give it a go, if that's the case.

OSI just sent another patch, latest client is now 4.0.8a, make sure you patch to this client, and see if you still get the blackhole effect.

these errors basically mean that you have the file located somewhere else and that you have more than one file for the same item.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but it seems like your missing some files for these errors to occurr.
Also when posting errors or script text, it is advisable to wrap [ code] [ /code] tags around them (without any spaces), because it makes it easier for people who are helping to read them.
