Chopped liver! We've got quite an opinion of ourselves, don't we.

You're canadian.

It's not Wireless. I have more than 2 computers. My other WIRED PC is lagging too.

If I had a problem with it, you wouldn't get hassled, I'd have just locked the thread.

The people outside the router should also have the newest client, RunUO only supports the newest client.

yeah you're right, im sorry. alright i did update my client. Also, i took my laptop and hooked it up to the router (wired). I tried to play and it worked, but it lagged like crazy. It'd be fine for 10 steps, then pause for a little while, then be fine for 10 more steps. Do you know what setting might change this on my router, if it is in fact my router? (i havent tried since i updated my client <--)

Every make and model of router is different. You will have to read the manual for it, check the manufacturers website for support, or phone the manufacturer.

Alright i will. (again). I already called Negear once, i'll look to see if i missed anything in the manual. I just could've sworn it worked a while back (where my bro could connect using one of the other computers) but maybe it ws a linksys router.

Do you think that, if worst comes to worst, i should put my two pcs into my 24-port switch, and then hook switch to router? think that might work? cuz then i would never hit the router when communcating between both comps.

Try it. The worst that will happen is that it won't work.
