Default floor tiles sinking

My fellow Admin on my shard have a big problem of placing tiles on the floor of a deeded house, only to find it later has diassappeared or sank through the floor, some tiles will be there but most have sank or disappeared, is this an issue with deeded houses, or what.
I know OSI had this problem a long while back and they fixed it with a patch, but I wonder, how do we fix it, I myself can live with it, but My GM's and Admin, use this as rewards and prizes to other players.

They paint doors or lay down tile for them or or give em a unique colored weapon and things like that.

Is there a fix for this, so that I may oblige my members and keep em happy.

I dont know the specifics ... but for a quick answer to get you started it has to do with the way the tiles lay on top of each other. Tiles laid down FIRST will show up on tiles that laid down following them. Meaning if you lay down a tile on the floor of a house, the first tile there (part of the house) will rise up over the top of it. Or something to that effect.

I would recommend a search on this, I am sure this has been addressed before.

Yea, well I never post without doing a search first,
I got info on how to lay down tile and alter the locations with props, but I have not found anything about fixing this issue.
Ill do another one and see what I come up with.

raise the z coordinate of the tile added to the house by 1

it's not a perfect fix, but it works..
