Default Can't Connect - Others Can

Alright. I've checked the forums for awhile now to find a way to suprass this problem, but to no avail. So I decided to post, flamed or not. So here's my problem.

Last night everything was working perfect, I could log on and off at will, so could my players, around 3:43AM I shut down the server, and went to sleep. (As I usually do, seeing as myself and team all work, and I usually shut down the computer and modem/router) Today, around 10:47 PM I upped the server and everyone could log in just fine. Yet when I logged in with the SAME IP and everything that I've used every time in the past, I get the error "couldn't connect to Ultima Online" so I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated. I just don't see how this could happen. It's worked every time in the past. My router has been configured for quite awhile, yet I don't see how that would make any difference. So it all comes down to this -

My testers/admins can log on, but I can't.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Update:: I just found out I can't enter ANY shards for that matter. Guess that helps a great deal, yet I'm still stumped as to why this would happen.

couple more questions..

1. I take it that the server is run on a seperate computer?
2. if so can you network to the other computer?
3. are you trying to connect with the local ip? ex: 192.168.x.x or with the ip that is assigned to your router?

check those out and let me know, I will try to help with whatever i can.

Sorry. Should have been more clear on that aspect.

I'm hosting/connecting from a single computer, mostly because as of the moment, it's just being built. When connecting I use, and always have used 127.0.x.x also, not sure if it helps much, but I'm using no-ip to detect my IP, as it's not static. Thanks a lot for your help. If that didn't answer your questions, please, let me know.

It is possibly an error with No-IP. I used it a few times with no sucess. What you might try doing is posting some support on the No-IP.com.

Quite possibly. I checked yesterday and the icon was a blushing smiley, but today it's a bright smiley (meaning most likely -something- changed) yet I'm worried, I can't even log onto other servers. So I'm beginning to think that's my main problem - but what could it be? Is my router crapping out on me? I have both main UO ports open, and 2593 ports open, TCP and UDP.

Update/Fix: Fixed. Sorry for the waste everyone. Always check your firewall, even if you don't set it to run on startup. It was running in the background the whole time blocking off UO from running. Yet I find it strange that it never did that before...oh well. Let this be a lesson to any firewall user with the same problem. Thanks again all.
