Default New GM cant connect.

My Shard is up and running everything is actually going quite well. I have a few people on doing Beta so i can make necessary adjustments. I used the [admin menu to GM two of them, now neither of them can log in, they get disconnected as soon as they log in. I am using the Mr.Fixit serverlist.cs... My Seer connects fine, but if i try to make anyone a GM they can no longer connect.... any suggestions?

Are they in an area of high lag or a custom area? Are they on the latest update with UO? Those are a couple of problems I've had with staff members. Other than that, I don;t know what to say. If they are in an area of high lag just move them.
