Hi,

I have a AMD Athlon 2200+ and Twin Sticks of 512 PCI3200 333Mhz ( 1 gig in all ) and a K7 Triton MoBo from Gigabyte this is my Server computer is all so on my PC's side shard runs well, my connection how ever is having Upstream issues with my Node i'm currently at 9.51 kbs up instead of my full 230 - 300 this should be fixed soon so my question is with this poor upload it lags with 20+ players on will that change when my upload is back at full? i dunno how demanding a RunUO server is with upload.

I run mine off a computer and connection similar to your's, and yes it lags tremendously if 20 players are on. I'm not exactly sure what you are asking however, so can you try to make it more clear? =D

It probobly is going to lag some still, but not as much. Also, do you run it off a router? If you do, do you use other computers on the router? If you are doing anything on the internet at the same time, it will suck the bandwidth and cause the server to lag.

remember uploading is sending anything out, so looking at web pages takes some minor upload for a sec or so but im's will suck upload especially if doing cam and voice connections. but yes a faster upload will help reduce some lag.
