Help With Router

I am sure you are all sick of the Router prob's, well i need help as well. would some one tell me step by step what ip address goes were i have the one for the comp and one for the router now what i need to know is what ip goes were, Like severlist.cs has to have one and UOGateway has to have one and my router forwarding needs one as well. and what i need to do to the router to port forward. Any one wish to help me i will put you on my Chistmas list lol TY

First question:

• I used Mr Fixit Server.cs
  Artifacts not spawning
  It is very easy to set up

Second ( router ):

• Put the IP address of the computer that the server is on eg.( 192.168.0.4 ) and the port should be start and finish 2593

Third ( uogateway):

• You set yor account up and put your external IP address ( http://www.whatismyip.com
  ) in along with the other information you need to put into uogateway
