Why is it always raining in britian? Even when I can the chance to 10, its always rains.

AddWeather( temperature, chanceOfPercipitation, chanceOfExtremeTemperature, <area ...> );

Make sure that both "chanceOfPercipitation" & "chanceOfExtremeTemperature" are set low if you don't want it to rain in britain. This is also assuming that you already isolated britains weather otherwise you'll have to do that by tagging the x & y of the area.

Which facet and whats the facet season? I Only changed all my facets to use Felucca rules and it's not always raining in my facets... it does rain alot more often in Felucca though in brittain.

It appears to me that you're only modifying the weather for the entrance to despise, not for all of britain. You might want to relook at it

lol i love how you get rain in the minoc mines...apparently water can fall inside a cave..
