Players Frozen when Killed - RunUO

A few of my players have been getting stuck when they die. When they try to move it says You are frozen and cant move. They say its either when they lag or if they are casting a spell and they get killed is when it happens. They dont get stuck everytime they die either. Once I rez them or somebody else rez's they can move again. I told them to stop dieing ..... but they wont listen, LOL. Anybody else have or had this problem before?
